Have you ever been hospitalized as a child for your persistent cancer and found the place to be all white lines and edges? Have you ever been homeless and the shelter's walls are yellowed and peeling? Have you ever owned a shop in the bad part of town and have had horrendous words and images spray painted on the walls, keeping potential customers away?

     Chances are, you haven't. But you can understand through these descriptions that each event is one you wouldn't want to experience, no one does. Some people don't really have a choice as to whether or not they do, though. 

     At APOC, we understand that the environment of a person means a lot. A mural can effect a sick child, a homeless family, a budding entrepreneur, all for the better. That's why we strive to go out into the cities around us and paint a more comforting environment where they are most needed.
